Genie Shopping recherche un Account Manager pour rejoindre son équipe de partenariats. Location: Remote with occasional travel to Cambridge office and London

As part of Genie Ventures - Best Team in Performance Marketing 2025 and Great Places to Work 2024-25, Genie Shopping is looking for our next Account Manager to come and bring bigger and better results to our existing accounts.
As an Account Manager, you will deliver commercial excellence to clients by providing insights, building strong relationships and ensuring they are optimised towards the best commercial position for our campaigns running through the affiliate channel.
You will join the Partnerships team in a collaborative, remote environment where we’re striving to be one of the highest performing teams in performance marketing.
Genie Shopping one of Europe’s leading CSSs, running Google Shopping campaigns on a CPA basis through the Affiliate Channel.
We currently partner with some of Europe’s leading retailers such as eBay, Currys, Boots, Lookfantastic, Samsung, Philips, B&Q and more.
Over the last 12 months, Genie Shopping has entered a new phase of growth, generating over £500million in sales, and growing 100% YoY in terms of Gross Profit.
The team is remotely based but has fluidity in meeting in-person for client meetings, industry events, strategy days and team socials. There are requirements to travel to Cambridge once a month, with London (or other UK locations) once a month on average.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
➔Be the assigned point in contact at Genie Shopping for assigned accounts
➔Ensure assigned accounts are optimised towards the best commercial position
➔Deal with internal and external commercial tasks for assigned accounts
➔Lead point of contact in leading in client communications for assigned accounts
➔Retain & grow assigned account relationships with regular contact and communication
➔Proactively & Independently identify opportunities to increase GP on assigned accounts supporting the growth of GP
➔Create and deliver the presentation of insights and commercial opportunities to assigned accounts both in-person or online
Performance Management & Reporting
➔Collaborate with the Paid Media team to identify opportunities for assign accountgrowth
➔Ownership to track and report on assigned account progress internally, ensuring key assigned accounts performance KPIs are being hit
➔Maintain accurate records of client communications and activities in CRM
Team Player
➔Help support wider Partnerships team in key periods with client response support via support channel
➔Help attend and deliver industry events
➔Support in strategic projects and initiatives with large clients
➔Play a key role in cross-team projects aimed at achieving Genie Shopping OKRs
➔Initiate and drive new business conversations through established relationships
➔Support and mentor other team members
