About the Client:

About the Role:

As a Billing Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial aspects of recruitment operations are effectively managed.

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee a team of recruiters, ensuring they are meeting their billing targets and adhering to company policies.
  2. Provide guidance and support to the team in managing their accounts and billings.
  3. Responsible for the accurate and timely generation of invoices for recruitment services provided to clients, including tracking billable hours, fees, and ensuring all billing data is accurate.
  4. Monitor and manage the flow of revenue from clients.
  5. Prepare regular financial reports for senior management, detailing billing activities, revenue generated, outstanding payments, and any financial discrepancies.
  6. Provide a track record of prior success in billings.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  8. Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve sales targets.
  9. Ensure that all billing activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate records and documentation for audit purposes.
  10. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients.
  11. Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
  12. Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure seamless candidate placement processes.

Requirements:

  1. Experienced Recruitment Billing Managers ONLY please to apply
  2. A minimum of 3-5+ years of experience in a similar role.
  3. Proven 360 experience in an IT and Tech background.
  4. Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of exceeding targets.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  7. Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to business development.
  8. Knowledge of the IT industry.
  9. European languages are a bonus but not essential to the role.

What’s on offer:

  1. Great salary package based on experience + commission.
  2. After the initial three months, a consultant is expected to consistently achieve 1-2 deals per month as a minimum, which is deemed easily achievable.
  3. The top biller currently generates around £100,000 per month, highlighting the substantial commission potential for high achievers.
  4. Hybrid working model: 2 days at home, 3 in office.
  5. Work hours are 08h30-18h00 Monday to Thursday, 17h00 finish on Fridays.
