Evolve Selection is seeking a Recruitment Associate to join our Wakefield Head Office in West Yorkshire. You will engage with candidates, promote job opportunities, and build lasting relationships while supporting recruitment campaigns and client needs.

The role focuses on commercial activity within recruitment, with a base salary dependent on experience and performance-related commission, and a strong emphasis on customer service and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Work with an experienced recruitment team to engage with candidates and promote relevant job opportunities.
• Promote vacancies by understanding candidate motivations and aligning them to client roles.
• Build relationships with candidates and maintain consistent communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate records in internal CRM systems.
• Support targeted recruitment campaigns, mailshots, and candidate attraction activities.
• Handle incoming calls and candidate enquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Prepare candidates for interviews using coaching and interview techniques.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates throughout the process.
• Deliver a high standard of customer service at all times.

Recruitment Associate

Location: Head Office Wakefield, West Yorkshire

Hours: Mon Fri, 9am to 5.30pm

We are a well-established team of recruitment specialists, connecting talented individuals with leading organisations across the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Pharmacy, and Life Sciences sectors. We are currently looking for a Recruitment Associate to join our team at our Head Office in Wakefield, West Yorkshire.

About You:

We are seeking a driven and commercially minded individual with a background in sales, recruitment or customer service. You will be confident engaging with candidates, with a natural ability to build rapport, understand motivations, and effectively promote job opportunities. This role would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to play a more active role in the commercial side of recruitment, rather than purely administrative tasks.

To succeed in this role, you should:

• Have experience in a fast-paced recruitment, sales, or customer service role
• Be confident and professional when speaking over the telephone
• Demonstrate strong influencing and communication skills
• Be target-driven with a proactive approach to workload
• Possess excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Be based within a commutable distance of Wakefield, West Yorkshire

Key Responsibilities:
