The role is responsible for undertaking a wide range of recruitment administration duties, including managing face-to-face, telephone, and email enquiries, maintaining accurate recruitment records, and supporting recruitment campaigns from vacancy approval through to appointment. The Recruitment Assistant will provide operational support to the Trust's centralised recruitment programmes, ensuring activities are delivered efficiently and in compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
