The role involves:

• Developing a local network of employers and agencies to offer suitable employment opportunities for our customers.
• Sourcing opportunities with new employer partners using automated search tools, regional data, and local knowledge.
• Establishing relationships with employers and working with Regional Account Managers to identify growth opportunities.
• Matching 'job ready' candidates to live vacancies from employer partners.
• Sourcing suitable candidates using automated tools and collaborating with the local Employment Advisor community and internal colleagues.
• Supporting recruitment campaigns for employers.
• Sharing market insights from employer feedback to support analysis roles.
• Performing personalized job searches based on customer skills and aspirations.
• Coordinating recruitment activities, including logistics, CV submissions, interviews, and briefing information.
• Working closely with internal teams to ensure customer readiness for employment.
• Managing site caseloads and aligning employment and candidate pipelines with future opportunities.
• Supporting internal teams to prepare customers effectively.
• Maintaining activity records within CRM and other systems.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and achieving audit standards.
• Meeting individual and team targets.
• Supporting new staff through training and mentorship.

Qualifications include experience in a commercial recruitment or sales environment, success in achieving sales targets, intermediate Microsoft Office skills, excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and a professional attitude.
