Role Overview

We are seeking confident, smart, and passionate individuals who prioritize customer experience. The successful candidate will excel at closing deals and building strong client relationships, with a proven track record in B2B sales and account management.

Daily Responsibilities
  1. Identify and generate new leads
  2. Re-engage lapsed clients and seek new relationships
  3. Source new leads actively
  4. Create proposals and convert them into deals
  5. Provide weekly forecasts and maintain an organized sales pipeline
  6. Contribute positively to team efforts
Skills and Qualifications
  1. At least 1 year experience in B2B sales
  2. Experience with Recruitment or Recruitment Advertising is advantageous
  3. Proven ability to meet targets
  4. Outgoing, personable, and comfortable presenting to groups of various sizes
