VIVID Housing is hiring a Recruitment Advisor to join our HR Operations team in Portsmouth. The role is full-time and permanent, with hybrid working and 20% in the office. Weekly team day in Portsmouth and flexible in-office presence support collaborative work.

You will manage vacancies from approval to appointment, partner with managers, optimise the ATS, and ensure a positive candidate experience. The role requires organisation, proactive approach, and strong ATS skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in a recruitment-focused role managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and data protection requirements.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage vacancies and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop effective attraction strategies.
• Create engaging job adverts and review job descriptions to maximise candidate attraction.
• Manage vacancies through the ATS and keep recruitment activity up to date.
• Be the first point of contact for recruitment enquiries and support candidates throughout the journey.
• Coordinate interviews and manage communication between candidates and hiring managers.
• Advise on recruitment timelines and attraction approaches.
• Produce recruitment reports and insights to support decision-making.
• Support the administration and continuous improvement of recruitment systems.
• Ensure GDPR compliance and employment legislation throughout recruitment.
• Contribute to delivering an efficient and customer-focused HR service.
