This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you'll play a key part in filling school bookings, sourcing candidates and ensuring our recruitment systems and processes run smoothly.

You'll need to be confident on the telephone, comfortable juggling multiple priorities and have excellent attention to detail.

If you enjoy being busy, building relationships and getting things done, this could be the perfect role for you!

What will you be doing?

Working alongside our Recruitment Consultants, you'll help ensure schools receive the right staff, bookings are filled efficiently and candidate information is kept up to date.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Filling school bookings: Matching available teachers and support staff to daily supply, short-term and long-term assignments.
  • Candidate resourcing: Proactively searching for suitable candidates using job boards, CV databases, LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
  • Telephone communication: Making and receiving calls with candidates and schools, confirming availability, discussing opportunities and coordinating bookings.
  • Writing candidate profiles: Preparing clear, professional and engaging candidate profiles to share with schools. Booking administration: Accurately entering new bookings, assignments and updates onto our recruitment CRM.
  • CRM management: Maintaining accurate candidate records, availability, client information and booking details. Supporting Recruitment Consultants: Working closely with consultants to understand their desk requirements, prioritise vacancies and fill bookings quickly.
