A leading ROV specialist is seeking a Recruitment Administrator to support various recruitment activities. This role involves maintaining the Global Talent Pool, facilitating onboarding processes, and ensuring compliance with recruitment systems. Role Summary
As Recruitment Administrator you will provide support across wide range of Recruitment activities including sourcing and administration. You will be an effective communicator with strong organisational skills combined with an energetic and enthusiastic style. Working closely with the onshore crewing team to ensure the company’s ROV fleet is manned with a constant supply of qualified, skilled and competent offshore personnel to meet global business demands.

About You
You should have previous experience in administration, data inputting and dealing with people on the phone. You should also have experience of working in a fast pace and high growth environment.
Previous experience in a recruitment role/recruiting in an operational offshore environment is desirable.

The ideal candidate should have excellent confidential skills, be sincere and honest with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
