Job summary

A recruitment agency in Wolverhampton is seeking two Account Managers to support high-volume client accounts. This is not a sales position; the role focuses on candidate management and client support, with a requirement for one position to speak Punjabi. Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or related roles.
• A full UK driving licence and access to a car.
• Ability to speak Punjabi for one of the roles.

Responsibilities

• Support candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage job boards, applications, and candidate records.
• Work with a Senior Consultant to manage client relationships.
• Conduct client visits to support workforce planning.
