Staffline is seeking a Recruitment Account Coordinator to join the Tamworth site on a fixed-term, on-site basis. The role covers 16 hours per week with flexible coverage between 6am and 7pm, and runs until 10 January 2027.
You will recruit, onboard, manage payroll data, and ensure compliance while delivering a positive service to clients and temporary workers. Prior recruitment experience is helpful but not essential; training will be provided.

To excel in this role, your focus will be on customers, committed to delivering the best service, and a natural problem solver. While experience in on-site recruitment would be beneficial, it's not an essential requirement. If you have transferable skills, we can provide training on all the elements essential for success in this position.
