WithYou is seeking a Recovery Worker in Richmond to support adults facing drugs, alcohol and mental health challenges. You will manage an active caseload, deliver person-centred care and work with partners to coordinate effective interventions.

We value compassionate, reliable team players with good communication skills who can adapt to a busy frontline environment. Training is provided; experience in health, social care or related settings is preferred but not essential.

Qualificações

• Experience in health/social care settings preferred.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and support others.
• Resilient under pressure with prioritisation skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Comfortable using IT and digital media; well-organised.
• Flexible with working hours; willing to cover other With You locations.
