Job summary

Waythrough is seeking a Recovery Worker for Derby City Life Links. You will provide person-centred support on recovery journeys, helping individuals understand strengths, needs and aspirations, and develop skills, confidence and supportive networks.

You will manage your own caseload, create personalised plans with risk assessments, signpost to services, and maintain records. The role is fixed-term with extension potential, 37 hours per week, salary £25,877.80–£30,868.31.

Derby City Life Links provides a wellness and mental health recovery service tailored around the needs of the people we support. We provide information, advice, navigation and community recovery support, helping people access resources and achieve their recovery outcomes. Our approach focuses on strengths, individual needs and future aspirations, supporting people to take control of their lives and make their own choices and decisions.
