Job summary

Touchstone is a multi-award-winning mental health and wellbeing charity operating in communities across Yorkshire. We are recruiting a Recovery Worker to deliver prescribed care components under supervision within the Community Rehabilitation Team, helping service users take control of their recovery.

Responsibilities

• Deliver components of prescribed care packages under the supervision of Care Coordinators and Clinical Leads within the Community Rehabilitation Team.
• Provide structured support and practical assistance to service users to enable engagement in their own recovery.
