Job summary

Morgan Hunt UK Limited is recruiting on behalf of an established substance misuse charity for a Recovery Worker in Worthing (BN11). You will manage your own caseload, complete assessments and recovery plans, and deliver one-to-one support to help people achieve lasting recovery.

This full-time, 3-month temporary role offers a supportive team and a real opportunity to make a difference by providing harm reduction and signposting to housing, healthcare and employment services.

Qualifications

• Experience working in substance misuse, addiction, recovery or support services.
• Strong safeguarding and risk management knowledge.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Compassionate, non-judgemental approach to clients.
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain) may be required.

Responsibilities

We're recruiting on behalf of an established and respected substance misuse charity for an experienced Recovery Worker to join their friendly team in Worthing (BN11).

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference by helping individuals affected by drug and alcohol misuse achieve lasting recovery.

The Role

• Manage your own caseload of clients.
