Job summary

Morgan Hunt UK Limited is seeking a Recovery Coordinator to support individuals with substance misuse, delivering person-centred recovery planning and coordinated interventions across community services.

The role requires caseload management, assessments, risk management, safeguarding, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams; travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload from assessment through to recovery and discharge.
• Complete comprehensive assessments and personalised recovery plans.
• Deliver regular key working sessions and progress reviews.
• Coordinate tailored interventions to meet individual needs.
• Signpost and refer clients to specialist services, including housing, mental health services, employment & education, benefits advice, physical health services.
• Promote harm reduction and safer substance use practices.
• Complete risk assessments and safeguarding procedures.
• Maintain accurate electronic case records.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and partner agencies.
• Support individuals to build resilience, independence, and long‑term recovery.
• Encourage engagement with community recovery groups and peer support networks.
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding, confidentiality, and GDPR requirements.

Recovery Coordinator

Pay: £17.00 per hour + Holiday Pay

Hours: Monday to Friday | Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)

Location: Various Community-Based Services (Travel may be required)

Contract: Temporary / Ongoing
