Waythrough is seeking a dedicated Recovery Worker to join Oxford House in Workington, delivering person-centered support within our housing and community services. This permanent, full-time role is based on a 30-hour week and includes weekend and evening rota shifts.
You'll help people develop life skills, support independence, and promote safer, healthier living while coordinating with local services to sustain accommodation and community integration.

Salary: £25,877.80-£30,868.31 (salary will be pro rata'd based on 30 hours)
