Job summary

Waythrough is seeking a Casual Night Recovery Worker in London to join our supportive services team. You’ll help run the night shift, support residents, and contribute to safeguarding and welfare within a 24-hour framework.

We value compassionate, flexible individuals with strong teamwork who can adapt daily tasks, record accurately, and promote independence and dignity for people using our services across housing, mental health, and community support.

Casual Night Recovery Worker Location: London Working Hours: 37 hours Contract Type: Casual Salary: £13.45 hourly

About the Role At Waythrough Services

As a Casual Night Recovery Worker, you will play a vital role in the safe and successful daily running of our services while working as part of a dedicated team to meet agreed service and contract targets. Our services range from 24-hour residential care with nursing to floating support provided in people’s own homes. Every person we support is a unique individual, and you will help ensure they are treated with dignity, respect, and compassion at all times.

  • Develop essential life skills, including budgeting, money management, and tenancy sustainment

Ensuring Safe & Effective Service Delivery
  • Monitoring and assessing resident wellbeing and welfare on an ongoing basis
  • Maintaining accurate records and contributing to care/support planning
  • Ensuring services remain compliant with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Promoting a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for everyone
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve service targets
