As a Recovery Navigator within Reach Drug & Alcohol Services in West Dorset, you will play a key role in supporting individuals to make positive behavioural changes, reduce the risks associated with drug and alcohol use, and move towards sustained recovery. You will manage a caseload of service users, providing tailored support, signposting to appropriate services, and working collaboratively with partner agencies.
