Job summary

CrossReach Trading Ltd. is seeking a Recovery Worker to support adults as they work towards recovery from substance use. You’ll provide one-to-one and group support, help develop personalised recovery plans and use therapeutic interventions to promote hope, stability and wellbeing.

You’ll work closely with families, carers and partner agencies to ensure joined‑up care, maintain accurate records and contribute to service development. Flexibility to cover some evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Experience of supporting people affected by substance use, or working in a similar care setting.
• SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, or willingness to work towards it with support.
• What matters most is your positive attitude, your values and your commitment to supporting recovery.
