The position pays £23.00 per hour and is based at 18 Station Road, Watford WD17 1JU. You will assess clients, deliver one-to-one keyworking, manage a varied caseload, and work with healthcare partners to deliver recovery programmes.

Qualifications

What you will do

• Deliver one-to-one keyworking sessions, supporting clients throughout their recovery journey.

Requirements

• DBS Certificate: Must hold a valid DBS on the Update Service.
• Substance Misuse Experience: Proven experience supporting individuals with drug and alcohol misuse issues.
• Caseload Management: Strong ability to manage and prioritise a varied caseload effectively.
• Specialist Knowledge: Good understanding of harm reduction principles and recovery models.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and engagement skills with the ability to build positive relationships with service users.
