Our mission is to empower individuals to rebuild their lives and achieve independence. Right now, we are looking for a Recovery Worker to play a pivotal role in our Complex Needs Service in Ealing.

Sounds great, what will I be doing?

You will be supporting service users with complex needs to build independence and take control of there wellbeing, facilitating there recovery and supporting them on there journey. This service currently requires people to "sleep in" at the service. You will be dealing with incidents and recording your interactions with service users.

What do I need to bring with me?

You'll need to be able to demonstrate the core skills this role requires as well as match our values and mission. You don't have to tick all the boxes right away; the important thing is that you're willing to learn. We also value lived experience of the areas we support, so if you feel comfortable, please do mention this on your application.

Here's what the team will be looking for

We are seeking people with either experience in supporting people with will mental health or a Psychology qualification and some applied experience supporting people in person. You need to have a can do attitude and a willingness to learn and put service users first. We operate a trauma informed and service user led support function which requires you to have good empathy and being open minded.
