Job summary

Creative Support is seeking warm and forward-thinking Support Workers to join our welcoming team. You will work closely with the people we support to promote their mental health and emotional wellbeing, helping them to live fulfilling lives at the service.

Duties include building trusting relationships, assisting with domestic tasks and welfare checks, supporting access to social and educational activities, and following risk management guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop warm, trusting relationships with people we support to help them enjoy their time at the service.
• Assist with domestic tasks and complete welfare checks.
• Work within risk management guidelines and help reduce harm to self or others.
• Encourage individuals to identify strengths and interests, supporting access to social, leisure, education and work activities.
