Job summary

The You Trust in Gosport is seeking a compassionate Sessional Support Worker to help people on their recovery journey. You will work as part of a team delivering person-centred care to support independence, health and wellbeing in daily life.

You should have experience in mental health services or with complex needs, knowledge of recovery-focused support, and awareness of positive risk. The role includes sleep-ins and weekend shifts, and a DBS check is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in mental health services or with individuals with complex needs.
• Understanding of recovery-focused and asset-based support.
• Knowledge of substance misuse issues and safe management.
