ST MUNGO COMMUNITY HOUSING ASSOCIATION in Hounslow is seeking a Recovery Worker to support clients on their road to recovery, helping them gain skills for independent living and move towards suitable accommodation. You will manage a caseload of about five clients, conduct key-working sessions, and work with external professionals to secure positive outcomes.

There is a DBS check and eligibility to work in the UK is essential.

Qualifications

• Understanding the issues faced by homeless or vulnerably housed people.
• Ability to support personal goals and change processes.
• Knowledge of rent payments and arrears and professional boundaries.
• Commitment to the Recovery Ethos.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day running of the service and safety checks.
• Manage a caseload of approximately five clients with key-working sessions.
• Collaborate with in-reach and external professionals for positive outcomes.
