Job summary

UK ADDICTION TREATMENT CENTRES is seeking a Day/Night Support Worker in Bradford to provide recovery support and facilitate client care across day and night shifts. The role involves helping clients access services, promoting safe, abstinent lifestyles and supporting treatment plans on site.

You will work rotating days and nights, with shifts from 07:30–20:00 (days) and 19:30–08:00 (nights), earning £12.71 per hour. Training, development, and a pension scheme are included as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Ability to undertake lone-working safely.
• Empathy and non-judgemental attitude.
• Ability to develop and review risk management plans.
• Capable of handling high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and support to clients, including referrals to aftercare services.
• Help clients create recovery plans aligned with needs.
• Support prompting of medications and conduct audits.
• Assist with life skills, benefits, housing and transport.
• Maintain accurate client records and statistics.
• Support intake, assessment and discharge processes.
