Job summary

Goldman Sachs in London is seeking an Associate to join the Recovery & Resolution Planning Core Team. You will assist in producing and assuring the firm's global RRP deliverables, coordinating planning across divisions and handling regulatory inquiries.

Previous RRP knowledge is not essential; you will work with a federated team of 100+ individuals, applying accounting, capital and liquidity concepts while developing strong governance around its deliverables.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of accounting, capital and/or liquidity concepts and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to interpret and implement RRP regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work with a federated team of 100+ individuals across multiple divisions.
• Clear and concise communication at various levels of seniority.
• Ability to maintain and develop a robust control, governance and assurance framework.
• Ability to review and challenge financial projections in recovery and resolution plans.

Responsibilities

• Authoring, coordinating and reviewing the firm’s recovery and resolution plans and other regulatory deliverables.
• Participating in the design and execution of assurance exercises such as capability testing and tabletop simulations.
• Assessing and implementing new regulatory requirements.
