Job summary

Via Kingston is seeking a Recovery Practitioner to join our Kingston Service. You will help develop opiate, alcohol and non-dependent pathways and provide holistic support, coordinating integrated psychosocial and pharmacological interventions.

You will manage a caseload, work with multi-disciplinary teams, and build partnerships across Kingston borough to improve outcomes for people with substance misuse. We value compassion, clear communication, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting people with substance misuse and related health needs.
• Compassionate, patient, and able to stay calm under pressure.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload and coordinate assessments and interventions.
• Deliver recovery planning and aftercare planning.
