Job summary

Via in Kingston is recruiting a Criminal Justice Team Leader to oversee the delivery of recovery-focused substance misuse services for individuals in the criminal justice system. The role leads Recovery Practitioners and support staff, ensuring high-quality client engagement and care coordination.

You will meet contractual requirements, SLAs, KPIs, and respond to audits including CQC inspections, while building partnerships with Probation, Police, Courts and healthcare providers to improve

Qualifications

• Lead and support the Criminal Justice Team to deliver high-quality, recovery-focused interventions.
• Manage staff through supervision, performance management, coaching and development.
• Ensure compliance with CQC standards, NICE guidance, safeguarding, GDPR and information governance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service performance by achieving contractual KPIs, SLAs and quality standards.
• Develop strong partnerships with Probation, Police, Courts, Prisons and healthcare providers to improve outcomes.
• Deputise for the Service Manager and contribute to service development and continuous improvement.
