Job summary

Via in Kingston upon Thames is hiring a Recovery Practitioner to join our Kingston Service on-site. The role focuses on developing Opiate, Alcohol and Non-Dependency pathways and providing holistic support to service users.

You will deliver integrated psychosocial and pharmacological interventions and work to strengthen partnership links across Kingston borough.

Qualifications

  • Experience within recovery or social care settings.

We’re looking for Recovery Practitioner for our Kingston Service

The Recovery Practitioner will be responsible for further developing the current Opiate, Alcohol and Non Dependant pathways and holistic support network. They will be responsible for supporting the service users on generic core pathways to manage the delivery of integrated psychosocial and pharmacological interventions for those who use our services with a focus on effective integration. This will include improving partnership working across Kingston borough.
