Recovery Focus in Sheffield is seeking a Recovery Navigator for a full-time permanent role. The successful candidate will manage a caseload and provide tailored support to individuals overcoming addiction challenges. A background in substance misuse, mental health, or relevant academic qualifications is preferred. The role includes 37 hours of work per week, Monday to Friday, offering a salary between £24,243 and £28,930, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Experience in the substance misuse sector or mental health support.
• A strong portfolio of volunteering in a similar role.
• Ability to manage expectations in an emotionally demanding role.

• Facilitate individuals’ progression through structured treatment.
