Waythrough invites applications for a Recovery Navigator position within the Northumberland Recovery Partnership. The role involves managing a caseload, developing personalised recovery plans, and coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams to support drug and alcohol recovery journeys.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or willingness to work towards this qualification.
• Experience in recovery planning, risk management or safeguarding.
• Knowledge of interventions such as Motivational Interviewing, Psychosocial Interventions and CBT.
• Ability to work flexibly across operational sites, including evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of service users, developing, implementing and reviewing personalised recovery and treatment plans.
• Conduct triage, screening and comprehensive assessments to identify needs and risks.
• Provide one-to-one support sessions and deliver evidence-based psychosocial interventions.
• Facilitate access to treatment, support services and community resources.
• Lead case management, including risk assessments and safeguarding plans.
