Job summary

Creative Support Ltd. seeks warm, respectful individuals to work as keyworkers in Preston’s mental health supported housing services. You will provide recovery-focused support to promote independence and move-on to community settings.

Experience in mental health is preferred but not required; full training is offered, including the opportunity to earn a QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care. Sleep-in shifts and competitive pay are available.

Qualifications

• Background in mental health preferred.
• No previous experience needed; training provided to begin the role.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to service users through a recovery-focused approach.
• Promote independence and move-on to more independent settings in the community.
• Work across mental health supported housing services in Preston.
• Engage with people using positive communication and person-centred values.
• Participate in sleep-in shifts as required by location.
