Job summary

Sanctuary Personnel is seeking a Recovery Coordinator Practitioner for Kingston, London. This full-time, ongoing role offers £22.00 per hour and involves managing a full caseload across opiates, non-dependent substances and alcohol.

You will undertake assessments, care planning and risk assessments, deliver psychosocial interventions, and facilitate one-to-one and group recovery sessions, working with criminal justice partners to support sustainable recovery outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in substance misuse and recovery services.
• Experience supporting individuals within Criminal Justice pathways is desirable.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload effectively.
• Experience delivering assessments, care planning and psychosocial interventions.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload across opiates, non-dependent substances and alcohol.
• Undertake assessments, care planning and risk assessments.
• Deliver structured psychosocial interventions tailored to individuals.
• Facilitate one-to-one and group recovery sessions.
• Support service users within the Criminal Justice Pathway for sustainable outcomes.
• Work with criminal justice partners and other agencies for coordinated support.
• Maintain accurate case records and documentation.
• Monitor progress, review recovery plans and adapt interventions.
