Job summary

Enable Drug & Alcohol Services in Enfield is seeking a Recovery Coordinator to manage a caseload, deliver tailored recovery plans and provide one-to-one support. You will collaborate with GP and social care networks, signpost to services, and run group sessions aimed at supporting sustained recovery in a community setting.

Qualifications

Experience delivering person-centred interventions
Ability to build positive professional relationships with service users and stakeholders
Experience working with partner agencies

Responsibilities

Work collaboratively with partner agencies to undertake assessments and interventions
Manage a caseload of service users, developing and reviewing recovery plans
Deliver one-to-one support and harm minimisation advice
Carry out assessments and risk management plans
Facilitate group sessions within the service and community
Support access to additional services through community partnerships
Engage and support volunteers and peer support workers
Apply interventions such as MI, PSIs, CBT and ITEP
Work across needs including OST, alcohol use and non-opiate needs
