Job summary

Open Road is recruiting for a Recovery Coordinator in Chelmsford. You will coordinate care for clients entering treatment, develop recovery plans and liaise with partner services to support reintegration and long-term recovery from substance and alcohol misuse.

The role requires collaboration with housing, benefits and employment services, delivering psychosocial interventions and group work as part of a holistic approach.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, time management and administrative skills.
• Willingness to learn and work with a variety of people.
• Clear understanding of safeguarding best practice.
• Commitment to multi-agency working with partner agencies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care for clients entering the service and engage in treatment.
• Develop recovery plans for individual clients and liaise with other service providers.
• Offer psychosocial interventions and group work to support recovery.
