Job summary

Change Grow Live is seeking a dedicated Recovery Coordinator in Nottinghamshire to coordinate personalised recovery journeys for individuals overcoming drug and/or alcohol dependency. You will assess, plan and support participation in group programmes and medical reviews, while actively managing risk and reducing harm.

The role requires strong communication, IT skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach to multi-agency collaboration.

Qualifications

• Understanding of drug and alcohol issues.
• Experience in managing caseloads in a CQC registered service.
• Commitment to multi-agency working and partnerships.
• Accomplished written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to update and maintain records and meet deadlines.
• Excellent time management and initiative.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of mental health interventions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate personalised recovery journeys through assessment and support planning.
• Oversee participation in group programmes, courses and medical reviews.
• Continually manage risk and minimise harm while supporting service users.
