Zusammenfassung

Waythrough is seeking an Enhanced Reconnect Navigator to support individuals with current or previous drug and alcohol needs as they move from custody into the community. You will build trusting relationships, help access treatment and community resources, and coordinate with prison staff and probation to ensure smooth transitions.

The role requires DBS clearance and a commitment to recovery-focused work within prison settings, with a strong emphasis on safeguarding and collaborative care

Qualifikationen

• Experience supporting individuals with complex needs, particularly in substance use or criminal justice pathways.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills with a person-centred approach.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple agencies and teams.

• Manage a caseload of individuals transitioning from custody to the community.
