Responsibilities

• Execute complex processes and assist a Team Manager in coordinating processes, risks and projects.
• Recognize risk in day-to-day processes and propose changes in process.
• Train others, allocate tasks and support first line escalation.
• Share expert knowledge across the team and build relationships across the Firm.
• Oversee reconciliation exceptions and ensure timely investigation and resolution of breaks.
• Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and efficiency gains.
