Job summary

Lockton in London seeks an analytical individual to join the Insurance Broker Accounts (IBA) team, handling reconciliation and management of client money in close collaboration with clients and underwriters.

Qualifications

• Experience of working within the insurance industry with an understanding of cash collection/payment processes.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; Brokasure experience is desirable but not essential.
• Experience in the Transportation sector is a plus.
• Strong numerical ability and analytical mindset; accurate and detail oriented.
• Able to communicate professionally with stakeholders and work as part of a team.
• Ability to compile, analyse and interpret financial data to support decision making.

Responsibilities

• Review, diary management and escalation of queries to ensure timely resolution.
• Act as liaison for clients with internal divisional stakeholders.
• Reconciliation of accounts and cash received matching.
• Manage query escalation to Lockton's broking divisions and within IBA, ensuring compliance with procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Comply with internal procedures and external regulatory requirements.
