Qualifications

• Previous insurance experience with a solid foundation of principles and processes; Casualty focus preferred (US/International/Retail).
• Strong capability in analysing complex datasets, identifying trends, and presenting findings.
• Proficient in conducting in-depth research on client operations, industry trends, and risk exposures.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
• Able to switch between tasks in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality.
• Skilled at applying logic to evaluate information and support informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Supports placement and servicing activities for straightforward to moderately complex risks under supervision.
• Develops understanding of client businesses, risk exposures and insurance requirements.
• Reviewing client submissions and identify changes in operations, risk profile, or recent industry developments.
• Builds relationships with underwriters and supports market negotiations.
• Assists with placement strategy discussions and market submissions.
• Assists with client meetings, renewals and servicing activities.
• Supports documentation and placement administration.
• Develops knowledge of insurance products, markets and placement processes.
• Supports placement recommendations through market research and analysis.
• Supports client planning and strategy discussions, contributing market insights.
• Maintains relationships with clients, insurers and internal stakeholders.
• Shares knowledge and supports team activities to deliver positive outcomes.
• Maintains accurate client, policy and Salesforce records.
