Job summary

JSS is seeking an experienced insurance broking IBA professional to own the day-to-day IBA function within an established independent broker in Greater London.

You will bring strong hands-on IBA and Acturis experience, arming you to manage reconciliations, insurer settlements, aged debt and client-money controls while liaising with brokers, insurers and clients to resolve queries.

This hands-on role suits someone who prefers ownership in a smaller team over a large finance function.

Qualifications

• Experience as an IBA within an insurance broking environment.
• Strong Acturis experience across IBA/accounts.
• End-to-end experience with reconciliations, cash allocation, settlements and aged debt.
• Good understanding of FCA/CASS client money requirements.
• Confident liaising with brokers, insurers and clients.
• Autonomous and ownership within a smaller team.
• Commercial insurance experience preferred.
