Job summary

Servaada, the UK entity of Wipro, seeks a Reconciliation & Banking Administrator to support daily client money reconciliations and banking operations in a regulated environment. You will help ensure CASS adherence, process payments, and support regulatory returns while maintaining high standards of accuracy and service.

The role emphasises ownership, proactive problem solving, and the ability to work under pressure within a team that values compliance and professional development.

Qualifications

• Experience with client money reconciliations and banking operations.
• Familiar with CASS regulations (6/7) and related regulatory returns.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Complete core team processes and ensure targets within timescales.
• Support ongoing CASS adherence and reconciliations with banks and fund managers.
• Conduct daily client money reconciliations and investigations.
• Process nominee and investment manager payments and banking activities.
• Assist with regulatory returns and ensure TCF compliance.
• Collaborate with third parties to manage payments, cash and settlements.
• Participate in testing and disaster recovery processes.
• Maintain and develop skills in line with Training and Competence standards.
