Job summary

Freedom Leisure in the United Kingdom is seeking a friendly Receptionist to join our front-of-house team. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, delivering a warm welcome and excellent service while handling enquiries, bookings, and memberships.

You’ll work with till systems and membership platforms in a fast-paced leisure environment, supported by a great team and ongoing training. Flexible casual hours offered with opportunities for permanent roles.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles is helpful.
• Comfort with cash and card payments.
• Ability to multitask in a busy front-of-house environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
• Handle enquiries, bookings and memberships in person, online, and by phone.
• Operate booking, till and membership systems.
• Provide information on facilities, classes and promotions.
• Maintain a tidy, welcoming reception area.
