Job summary

Bupa is seeking a Receptionist for Crossley House Care Home in Bradford to cover weekend shifts. The role involves welcoming visitors, handling enquiries, and supporting the Home Manager with clerical tasks.

Qualifications

  • You've worked as a Receptionist before with experience in providing excellent customer service, you'll have a friendly manner both face to face and over the phone.
  • You're approachable and organized and have the ability to build strong relationships with residents, their families and internal teams.
  • Dedicated and efficient with an ability to handle a varied workload, your caring attitude underpins everything you do.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and manage initial enquiries.
  • Provide information and support face-to-face and over the phone.
  • Conduct show-arounds of the care home for prospective residents and families.
  • Assist the Home Manager and Administrator with clerical duties and filing.
  • Handle enquiries promptly and ensure daily tasks are completed.

Job Description: Receptionist - Weekends Crossley House Care Home 885 Thornton Road, Fairweather Green, Bradford BD8 0HH CQC rating: Good Carehome.co.uk rating: 9 .9/ 10 Salary: £12.75 - £13.75 per hour depending on experience Permanent part time position Saturday and Sunday 10am - 3pm We make health happen Here at Bupa we support those when they need it the most. You’ll help us make health happen by: Acting as the first point of contact for all visitors to the home Taking responsibility for managing new enquiries Providing advice and support both face to face and over the phone Conducting show-arounds within the care home Supporting the Home Manager and Administrator with clerical duties such as maintaining paper work and filing Dealing with enquiries in a timely manner and ensuring daily and weekly tasks are completed

Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
