LGH Hotels Management is seeking a friendly Hotel Receptionist to join our Front Office team in Oxford. You will be the first contact for guests, delivering a warm welcome, guiding the check-in/check-out process and providing attentive support throughout the stay.

As the guest-facing point of contact, you will handle enquiries, manage reservations and calls, and share information about the hotel and local area.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality is beneficial.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced front office environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and professionally, ensuring a smooth and friendly check in and check out experience
• Support guests throughout their stay by responding to queries and requests with care and efficiency
• Handle incoming phone calls, emails and reservations accurately and confidently
• Provide clear information about the hotel, its facilities and the local area
• Use the hotel reservation system accurately, maintaining up to date guest information
• Work closely with colleagues across the hotel to support a seamless guest experience Enjoys working with people and takes pride in making others feel welcome and comfortable
• Communicates clearly and positively, both face to face and in writing
• Stays calm, organised and focused in a busy, guest facing environment
• Has good computer skills and enjoys working with systems and processes
• Pays close attention to detail and values accuracy
