Hand Picked Hotels Ltd seeks a Receptionist for Nutfield Priory Hotel & Spa, near Redhill, Surrey. The role offers a starting hourly rate of £13.50 plus a share of service charge and excellent colleague benefits, with a full-time, permanent contract and a 5-day rota, including weekends.

In this role you will welcome guests, deliver personalised service, and liaise with the Front Office team to ensure a seamless guest experience in a luxury hotel and spa setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in Front office as a Receptionist or similar role in a luxury four or five star hotel.
• Proficient computer skills, able to confidently navigate hotel reservation systems and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Opera is highly desirable.

What will the role involve?

As a receptionist you will have the opportunity to create unforgettable moments, spark joy, and make every guest feel genuinely cared for from the moment they arrive.

You’ll thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. Working closely with our passionate Front Office team, you will be in the centre of the action being connected, informed, and empowered to deliver a consistent and excelling standout service. This is a full-time role working 5 days out of 7 including weekends on a rota basis, 40 hours per week, which may vary depending on business. Flexible working hours can be accommodated where possible.
