Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Reception Host to join our prestigious luxury automotive showroom in Kensington, London.

As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional experience from the moment a guest walks through the door.

This is much more than a traditional reception role. We're looking for someone who understands luxury service, impeccable presentation and the importance of attention to detail - someone who can make every customer feel welcomed, valued and looked after.

You will represent a premium automotive business and work within an environment showcasing some of the world's most desirable vehicles.

The Opportunity

You’ll be responsible for managing the front-of-house experience, welcoming customers and guests, handling calls and appointments, and supporting the wider showroom team.

The ideal candidate will have experience within luxury hospitality, premium retail, private members' clubs, aviation, high-end restaurants, hotels, private healthcare or another premium customer-facing environment.

Previous automotive experience is not essential. We're more interested in your personality, professionalism and commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome every customer and visitor to the showroom with warmth, confidence and professionalism.
• Create a premium, five-star experience that reflects the quality of our vehicles and brand.
• Act as the first point of contact for customers, suppliers and other visitors.
• Manage incoming telephone calls and direct enquiries appropriately.
• Coordinate customer appointments and assist with showroom visitor flow.
• Offer refreshments and ensure customers are comfortable throughout their visit.
• Liaise with the sales and management teams to ensure customers receive a seamless experience.
• Provide administrative and general showroom support when required.
• Maintain accurate customer information and records using CRM and internal systems.
• Assist with showroom events, launches and customer activities.
• Maintain exceptional showroom presentation and front-of-house standards.
• Build positive and professional relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Identify opportunities to go above and beyond customer expectations.

What We’re Looking For

We're looking for a polished, personable and naturally welcoming individual who takes genuine pride in providing exceptional service.

Previous experience in reception, front-of-house, concierge, luxury hospitality, premium retail, aviation, private healthcare, hotels or customer service would be advantageous, but is not essential.

You’ll ideally have:

• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.

• Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM/customer management systems.
• A team-focused approach with a positive attitude.
• An interest in luxury automotive and a passion for premium products would be highly advantageous.
