A leading healthcare provider in Scotland is seeking a full-time administrator to join their team. This role involves providing administrative support across several sites in East Dunbartonshire, ensuring excellent communication and service delivery. East Dunbartonshire Health & Social Care Partnership (ED HSCP) is jointly manged by the NHS and Local Council, ensuring collaboration and share responsibility for delivering patient-centered care.
This post is part of our Agenda for Change Programme. When the programme has been agreed, the hours will change to the following with no reduction in pay. Monday & Friday 8.30-17.00. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 08.30-16.30. 1 hour lunch each day.
This post will be part of a rota which covers East Dunbartonshire HSCP sites of Milngavie Clinic, Kirkintilloch Health & Care Centre and Woodlands Clinic. Candidates should be able to travel to each site.
The post holder will be part of the Administration and Clerical Team within East Dunbartonshire Community Health Partnership working directly with the multi-disciplinary/multi-agency team to support the service. The post holder will be required to communicate with all users of the service. It is essential that the post holder has excellent communication skills with the ability to relate to a wide range of personalities
The postholder will ensure that an efficient and effective communication services is delivered to all service users. This will include reception duties, data input, record management and general typing. The postholder will be required to deal with clients, members of the public and staff. The postholder will be asked to provide support to a variety of teams in East Dunbartonshire including receptions in HSPC buildings, telephone and appointment support to community teams as business needs dictate.
