Location: BMW Stoke

Working hours: 42.5 hours; Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 18:00

Salary: £27,059 per annum

We have a fantastic opportunity for a friendly, welcoming, and bubbly individual to join our team as a Receptionist, servicing our Central Functions teams and handling enquiries. You will be the first point of contact for Lookers employees and external visitors, crucial in providing a first-class Lookers experience.

Our Receptionists are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, and their warm, friendly personalities shine through during each interaction, whether over the phone, via email, or in person.

  • Be the first point of contact for Lookers employees and external visitors when visiting the site.
  • Respond to queries in person, via email, and over the phone.
  • Contribute to a happy, positive working and team environment.
  • Maintain the highest levels of professionalism.

We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills, demonstrating confidence and assertiveness when dealing with people. Warmth, empathy, approachability, and professionalism are essential. Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail are also important.

Experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
